Malta: Young People mark European Youth Week
From the 12th to the 19th April, Don Bosco Foundation in Malta brought together 23 young people at the Salesian Brigade in Għajn Tuffieħa, Mellieħa for a vibrant day of active citizenship, democracy, and community building during European Youth Week. The young people explored the theme of "IgniteChange: Participation, Connection, and Nature!". On the following day, the Salesian Pastoral Youth Service in Malta also organized another activity for a group of young people to encourage them to vote responsibly and keep the environment and sustainability in focus when participating in European elections. Through these two events the young people enjoyed a valuable educational experience of what it means to be an honest and responsible citizen by promoting active citizenship and a healthy lifestyle.
