The Rector Major and the General Councilors arrived at Lien Khuong Airport, Da Lat, Lam Dong in the evening at about at 5:20 p.m. The Provincial of Vietnam Fr. Barnabas Le An Phong, the Provincial Councilors along with the other Salesian delegations from the other countries, joyfully welcomed them at the airport, with friendly and joyful gestures, after which everyone moved to the Community of "Saint Luigi Versiglia" K'Long to the Retreat Centre. In the evening at 7 pm, all the participants gathered together for the evening prayer. They were welcomed by Fr Joseph Nguyen Thinh Phuoc, the EAO Regional Councilor and by the Provincial Fr Barnabas. After these brief greetings, Fr Joseph Kim Khanh, the Vice Provincial of Vietnam Province, gave to the participants all the guidelines regarding the programme, the place and facilities at the K' Long Retreat Centre. The whole ambience displayed a great sense of fraternity, joy and Salesian family spirit.
