Cameroon - 400 young people participate in feast day of Don Bosco
Yaoundé, Cameroon - January 2023 - The Salesians of Don Bosco of the "Saint Augustine" theologate in Nkol'Afeme, near Yaoundé, celebrated the feast day of St. John Bosco with about 400 young people from the "Foyer de l'Espérance," "Akok-Ndoé" and "Nkol'Afeme" Youth Centers. The day began with a Eucharistic celebration presided over by the Director, Fr. Rigobert Fumtchum, SDB, and continued with a football tournament among the three oratories. Then a drawing and singing competition on the life of Don Bosco was held. The event concluded with a cultural presentation with acrobatic and choral performances.
