Ukraine - Salesian Missal translated into Ukrainian language
Lviv, Ukraine - September 2022 - Since the beginning of the war in Ukraine, there have been increasing efforts around the world to support Ukrainian national identity. The Salesian Family has also decided to do its part by empowering Ukrainian citizens to pray in their own language. That is why the "Salesian Family Missal" was translated into Ukrainian, the result of a collaboration between Salesians, Daughters of Mary Help of Christians, Salesian Cooperators, and members of the Association of Mary Help of Christians (ADMA). The 400-page Missal includes Mass forms, prefaces (also with notes), lectionary and Prayer of the Faithful. Finally, the last part is the traditional prayers of Salesian spirituality.
