Mexico – Meeting of Young Salesians in Formation
Irapuato, Mexico - December 2021 – To prepare for Christmas, about 70 young Salesians from the various Salesian formation houses in Mexico gathered in the Salesian pre-novitiate in Irapuato for the traditional meeting of the Young Salesians in formation. In addition to the pre-novices, novices, post-novices, trainees, and theology students from both Mexican Provinces, novices from Central America, the Antilles, Haiti, and Venezuela were also present in the country. Of these last three Provinces, in addition to the United States West, there are also students of theology. In the afternoon of 14 December and in the morning of 15 December, in an atmosphere of fraternity, the Salesians in formation were able to reflect together on the meaning of Christmas and on their vocation as Salesians.
