D.R. Congo – Economer General visits Radio Don Bosco
Lubumbashi, R.D. Congo - August 2021 - On 22 August the Economer General of the Salesian Congregation, Salesian Brother Jean Paul Muller, accompanied by the Central Africa Provincial (AFC), Fr Guillermo Basañes, visited the facilities of "Radio Don Bosco". The broadcaster is located in Lubumbashi in the province of Haut-Katanga and has been serving youth since 2014. The Economer General and the Provincial were welcomed by Mrs. Nelly Mwange, secretary general of "Radio Don Bosco". She explained the station's functioning before proceeding to visit the editorial office, administration, the large studio, two mini-studios, the broadcasting room and the material storage. On radio, Bro Jean Paul Muller made some recommendations to the young people of Lubumbashi to help them be successful in their future life.
