Fiji Islands - Salesian community of Suva distributes aid to families
Suva, Fiji Islands - June 2021 - The Salesian community of the "Don Bosco House" in Suva has prepared small food packs for some families who live in the area affected by the second wave of Covid-19. In compliance with biosecurity standards, food aid was delivered and, even if at a distance, there was a moment of dialogue with families. The restrictions have severely limited the pastoral activities of the Salesians, who in any case carry them out digitally. The daily Eucharist is celebrated only for the community and broadcast in live streaming for the faithful.
