Dungalpitiya, Sri Lanka - 18 June 2021 - The 16 Salesian centers of the "Saint Joseph" Vice Province of Sri Lanka (LKC), with the supervision and monitoring of the "Don Bosco Development Center", distributed food and health kits to poor families and those families infected with Covid-19. Each Salesian community selected about 150 families from the neighborhood to distribute the kits, following the health guidelines issued by the Ministry for Health. Also, Fr Prasad Kalaparthy, Executive Director, coordinated an awareness program with various communities.
