Budapest, Hungary - December 2020 - Due to Covid-19, many people, especially the sick and the elderly, are in quarantine and remain home alone. For this reason the Salesian animators of the Óbuda district of Budapest have decided to bring them joy during Christmas with the "Angel Project" initiative. The Salesian animators asked the children of the oratory to make hand-colored Christmas cards and they also prepared them with a message: “We wish you a Merry Christmas in the name of the Salesian Family! May baby Jesus also be born in your hearts”, with the name of the child. They collected about 130 Christmas cards and sent them to the elderly and lonely.
