Bukavu, D.R. Congo - December 2020 - The Salesian communities of Bukavo and Goma received the animation visit of Fr Albert Kabuge, Provincial of the Central Africa Province (AFC), from 9 to 22 December. During the visit, the second meeting, which focused on the GC28's theme, was held; it was attended by Rectors, Salesians, members of the Salesian Family, young people. At the end of the visit, Fr Kabuge launched an appeal for mission solidarity to support 75 abandoned children and babies, who are at the Salesian "Ushindi Center". The Provincial thanked all the benefactors who are supporting the Salesian works in this time of pandemic.
