Brazil - Pilgrimage with Don Bosco Project
Belo Horizonte, Brazil - March 2020 - Due to the COVID-19 pandemic and its quarantine, the Salesian Youth Movement (MGS) of the Belo Horizonte Province (BBH), in concert with the Delegation for the Salesian Youth Ministry, launched “Pilgrimage with Don Bosco” project on 19 March. It is a proposal for a virtual pastoral itinerary aimed at young people, especially those who are part of the Salesian youth groups. The project aims to offer new opportunities to experience Salesian Youth Faith and Spirituality, providing a virtual meeting place for those who love and share the same youthful, missionary and Salesian experience, and to make young people feel loved and accompanied in the face of this crisis. The project activities are elaborated every day by the young people themselves, assisted by the Salesians, and the main platform used for the dissemination of the project is Instragram, through the provincial profile of the MGS (@ajs.isjb), in addition to the local profiles of the MGS and Whatsapp.
