India - Yercaud post-novitiate community helping elderly
Yercaud, India - April 2020 - The Yercaud post-novitiate community, after receiving a report of elderly people having been left abandoned and without food due to the coronavirus emergency, began distributing meals to about 100 of these needy people. Despite the limited availability of food, the post-novices are ready to sacrifice themselves to feed the poorest and most defenseless elderly. The community also supports the initiative, organized by the young people of the oratory, to spray disinfectants along the streets to sanitize the villages.
