Lubumbashi, R.D. Congo - January 2020 - The Salesian Province "Central Africa" (AFC) celebrated the feast of the Strenna of the Rector Major, Fr Ángel Fernández Artime, on 5 January. All the groups of the Salesian Family present in the Province took part, which took place at the "Cité des Jeunes" center. The Strenna was presented by Fr Placide Mukundi. During the day the members of the Salesian Family presented the reports on the activities carried out in 2019 and illustrated the prospects for the new year. Finally, Fr Albert Kitungwa Kabuge, provincial of the AFC Province, presided over the Eucharistic celebration.
