Mexico City, Mexico - August 2019 - On 25 August, the Provincials of both the Salesians of Don Bosco and the Daughters of Mary Help of Christians of Mexico gathered in the capital to meet with the coordinators of the national teams for Salesian Education, Associative Ministry, Vocations Promotion and Catechesis of the Salesians, and also with the Delegates for Formation. During the meeting, the aims of the national teams were reiterated as examples to increase and witness communion, foster the reflection of common themes on the charism, to plan and seek subsidies for the communities and coordinate several common experiences. The participants also talked about synodality as ecclesial expression, carried out an exercise of reflection on the theme of family and shared their own mutual expectations.
