Mexico City, Mexico - June 2019 - On June 28, the meeting of all the Salesians of the Mexico City Province (MEM), chaired by Fr Ignacio Ocampo Uribe, MEM Provincial, took place. The day started with breakfast, recreational activities, sports and sharing, and the Provincial's greeting. The Salesian residence "Casa Fería" was then presented by Fr Jorge Fuentes; it welcoms infirm Salesians who need specific attention. The interview to Fr Rossano Sala, SDB, produced by ANS, was then presented; he reflects on the ecclesial document Christus Vivit, and this in turn was followed by a short motivational video and reflections guided by Fr Efrén Sanchez Lino. The day ended with the Eucharistic celebration during which obediences were designated.
