Bernal, Argentina - April 2019 - On April 6th, Msgr. Carlos José Tissera, bishop of Quilmes, presided over the diaconal ordinations of the Salesians Daniel Martínez and Facundo De Nicolo, of the Province of Southern Argentina, and of Santiago Cieschi and Federico Salse, of the Province of Northern Argentina.
