Concepción, Paraguay - March 2019 - The Salesian Youth Ministry of the Paraguay Province (PAR), at the "Maria Auxiliadora" school in Concepción, began the second cycle of formation sessions for Pastoral Agents throughout the country. The themes were developed by Fr Francisco Miranda, Provincial Delegate for Youth Ministry, and by Mr. Hugo Martínez, Executive Secretary of Pastoral Care.
