Turin, Italy - October 2018 - One of the most precious assets in any institution are humanresources. With this concern for the quality of the Salesians, consecrated persons andeducators, the Formation Commission of the Mediterranean Region met from 28 to 31October to deal with issues concerning the formation of Salesians, both initial andpermanent. Themes such as the current reality of formation in the region, personalSalesian accompaniment, the qualification of Salesians, the redesign of the initialformation houses and the recent processes activated by the Dicastery for Formation aresome of the issues addressed by the fifteen delegates for Formation of the variousProvinces of Spain, Italy, the Middle East and Portugal present. The meeting was presidedover and led by Fr Ivo Coelho, General Councilor for Formation, assisted by Fr FranciscoSantos, of the same dicastery.
