Guadalcanal, Solomon Islands - 31 August 2018 - The Don Bosco Technical Institute of Guadalcanal was filled by nearly 400 young people from the parishes and schools of the Salesians of Don Bosco and the FMA for the event called "Wantok Bosco 2018". The opening of the meeting and the main debates on the theme "The Almighty has done great things for me" were conducted by Fr Alfred Maravilla, Superior of the Vice Province of Papua New Guinea and Solomon Islands (PGS). At the end of the event, during which moments of prayer and recreation alternated, the young participants were exhorted to always be good Christians and honest citizens of the Solomon Islands.
