Carmelo Peralta, Paraguay - July 2018 - The community radio station "FM Joven 96.1", based in the city of Carmelo Peralta, celebrates its first 25 years of activity this 2018. Created in 1993 by the Salesian Fr Armindo Barrios, still its director, together with a group of young people, the radio plays a vital role for the local population, having become part of the daily lives of many people, accompanying and supporting them in their problems and worries.
