Rome, Italy - October 2017 - At the Santuario del Divino Amore in Rome, the Conference of the Provinces and Vice Provinces of Africa-Madagascar (CIVAM) was attended by Fr Ángel Fernández Artime, Rector Major; Fr Guillermo Basañes, Councilor for Missions; Ivo Coelho, Councilor for Formation; Jean-Paul Muller, Economer General; Fr.
