Stefano Martoglio, Councilor for the Mediterranean Region, visited the Don Bosco Center in Constanta, Romania, under the auspices of the Extraordinary Visit to the Salesian Province of Italy-North East (INE). The Don Bosco Center in Costanta is directed by Fr Sergio Bergamin, SDB.
