On Wednesday, the Rector Major will visit the aspirants and young people in Mafinga. The next morning, after Mass with the parish community, he will visit the Salesian communities of Iringa and Didia. The last leg of his visit to Tanzania will be in Moshi on 21-22 April. Here Fr A.F. The most important stage of the whole trip, from the point of view of the Salesian charism, will be the visit to the refugee centre in Kakuma, on Wednesday 25 April. Here the Tenth Successor of Don Bosco will meet young people living in the camp, along with the Salesians who work there and the personnel of various humanitarian agencies.
The following day he will meet with the Provincial Council and with the Salesians of the houses of Nairobi and its environs. On Wednesday 26 April, he will meet the Salesian Family in Nairobi and then, on the last day of his visit, the Rector Major will have the opportunity to meet the young people in the centres for street children in Karen and Langata, the Salesians and staff of DBYES (which houses the Social Communication Centre of the Province) and the community of students of theology in Utume.
