New Delhi, India - March 2017 - On 19 March, Bishop Ignatius D'Souza of Bareilly presided over the ceremony of laying the first stone of the new Salesian Pastoral Centre "Sumedha Counseling Center" in Jeolikote, in the presence of the Bishop Emeritus, Antony Fernandes, Fr. Jose Mathew Koorappallil, Salesian Provincial of New Delhi (INN), and other eminent priests and religious, including Fr Jose Parappully, SDB, director of "Sumedha Center".
