At the helm of the grand ceremony was the Provincial of Bangalore Salesian Province, Rev. Dr. Jose Thomas Koyickal. The unveiling of the jubilee logo became a poignant moment, orchestrated by Mr. K.J. Maxi, the MLA of Kochi constituency. Shri. V.A. Sreejith, the Chairperson for Education and Sports Standing Committee of the Corporation of Kochi, unveiled a documentary chronicling the extensive history and progress of Sneha Bhavan over the past five decades. Adding to the festive atmosphere, Mrs. Sheeba Lal, Standing Committee Chairperson for Welfare, released the Jubilee theme song.

The ceremony witnessed felicitations extended by notable figures including Fr. P.D. Thomas, the Executive Director, Mr. Sony, the Ward Counselor, Mr. Babu, the President of the Alumni Association, Mr. Augustine, the Salesian Cooperators’ representative, and Sr. Rosily, Superior, FMA, Palluruthy. Concluding the event, Fr. Sebastian, the Director of Sneha Bhavan, expressed gratitude, followed by a captivating variety entertainment program performed by the jubilant children. The Golden Jubilee celebration not only marked the institution's rich history but also emphasized its ongoing commitment to the welfare of children and youth at risk.
