Shillong, India – December 2023 – On 17 December, the Catholic Church in Northeast India celebrated the priestly ordination of Fr Shiningstar Dkhar, SDB, Fr Shemphang Dkhar, SDB, and Fr Ricky Dkhar, CMF. The ceremony, held at Good Shepherd Parish, Lad Rymbai East Jaintia Hills District, was presided over by Archbishop Victor Lyngdoh, Archbishop of Shillong, and Bishop Ferdinand Dkhar, Bishop of Jowai.
