Mumbai, India – December 2023 – 16 December was a joyful day for the Salesian Province of India-Mumbai, as two Salesians were ordained priests: Agnel James and Lawrance Vincent. The ordination was celebrated at the Shrine of the Don Bosco’s Madonna in Matunga, Mumbai, by Bishop Dominic Savio Fernandes, Auxiliary Bishop of Mumbai. Also present at the ceremony was Fr Savio Silveira, Superior of the Salesian St Francis Xavier Province of INB, who congratulated the newly ordained and thanked their families.
