Porto Velho, Brazil - November 2023 - The Salesian Shrine of Our Lady of Fátima, in Porto Velho, Amazonia, belonging to the Province of Brazil-Manaus (BMA), organised an animation retreat on 15 November for young people who participate in the activities of the parish shrine. Some 85 young people took part in the meeting, which had intense moments of biblical, Eucharistic and Salesian spirituality. The Shrine's pastoral teams have been working hard to offer the young people intense moments of experience with God. The youth of the Shrine are now reorganised, with weekly meetings and a proposed itinerary for growth in the Faith. The Salesian Shrine at Fatima has been  active in Porto Velho since 1956, carrying out a pastoral service that has always been attentive to the region's youth.
