Veržej, Slovenia - November 2023 - On the feast day of St Artemides Zatti, 13 November, Salesian Brothers from the Sts Cyril and Methodius Province of Slovenia (SLO) were able to meet again in person after the years of the pandemic. The day of pilgrimage, both cultural and fraternal, ended at the Marianum institute in Veržej, with Mass celebrated by Fr Primož Korošec, SDB, responsible for pastoral programmes at the Institute. During his homily, Fr Korošec proposed St Artemides Zatti as an example of religious life according to God's will and an intercessor for new Salesian vocations. There are currently eight Salesian brothers in the SLO Province, including one in initial formation.
