Ljubljana, Slovenia - September 2023 - The Councillor for the Central and North European Region, Fr Roman Jachimowicz, began the Extraordinary Visitation, conducted in the name of the Rector Major, to the Salesian Province of Slovenia (SLO) on 11 September. The first meeting took place at the Provincial headquarters in Ljubljana-Rakovnik, where Fr Jachimowicz met with Fr Marko Košnik, Provincial of SLO, and his Council, with the Provincial Delegates for Formation, Youth Ministry, Vocation Ministry, Missiony Animation, Social Communication and Salesian Family, and with the Rectors of Salesian communities. After a presentation of the Salesian life and mission of the SLO Province, Fr Jachimowicz will visit the 12 Salesian communities over the course of a month.
