Quito, Ecuador – July 2023 - Involving 11 young people, the Vocational Discernment Day began on 17 July, at the El Horeb House of Prayer, which aims to strengthen the motivation to begin the Salesian path of formation and prepare young people to have an aspirantate experience together. The young people are accompanied by Fr Marcelo Tigrero and the Salesians of the Philip Rinaldi Prenovitiate community. The discernment day includes times for prayer, formation and just being together, and will conclude with handing over letters of request to join the aspirantate.
