Madrid, Spain - March 2023 - The third session of the School of Leaders for Salesian Cooperators of the Iberian Region was held on March 19 and 20. The project responds to the need to train and renew SSCC members who in the near future will have to take on the responsibility of animation at every level with generosity, service and humility. Articulated across four weekends in presence in Madrid, the formative period includes in each session a series of contents deepened with objectivity, functionality and a creative methodology that encourages participation and the desire to respond to the Salesian vocation. Topics include: service and animation as a responsible commitment; animation and governance of the SSCC Association; animation tools; skills, functions in animation and governance of the SSCC Association. From the organizers' perspective, the course is intended to be a training tool at the service of Provincial and Local Councils to form Salesian Cooperators in co-responsibility and service to the Church's evangelizing action. The fourth and final session is scheduled for next November.
