Kabgayi, Rwanda - March 2023 - A retreat for Salesians serving in Rwanda was held at the Kabgayi postnovitiate on Saturday, March 18. After the welcome and opening prayer, the speaker, Fr. Augustin César Habanabakize, SDB, thanked all those present and presented the theme of “How to live the synod on synodality in the Salesian Vice-Province of Africa Great Lakes.” All Salesian communities in the country were represented at the retreat. It was a wonderful opportunity for the participants to recharge their spirits, pray, evaluate themselves, and make good resolutions. The Eucharistic celebration was the culmination of the day’s activities.
