Buenos Aires, Argentina - July 2022 - On July 9 and 10, a formative meeting of the Salesian Youth Movement (SYM) of the Buenos Aires region was held in Almagro, a neighborhood of the Argentine capital. The meeting was attended by leaders, coordinators and animators from the six zones that make up the region, as well as teams from two formative meetings: the school for animators "Conmovernos - Comprometernos" and "Artesanxs." At the last SYM regional assembly, the accompanying team reflected on the most common problems occurring in the territories and world of youth, in an attempt to respond to the line of action agreed upon in 2019. Also, the reflection was broadened and deepened with the goal of "Generating and accompanying proposals for formation and community reflection that address prevention and intervention on the priority problems of the regional reality, in a logic of networking, and which in turn contemplates the realities of each zone."
