Bolivia - July 2022 - The Salesians of the Bolivia Province (BOL) recently participated in the annual Spiritual Exercises, which were held in two sessions, both led by Fr. Carlos Longo, SDB. The first session was held at the "Don Bosco-Fátima" Event Center (Cochabamba), July 3 to 9; and the second, at the Salesian work of La Muyurina, (Montero - Santa Cruz), July 10 to 16. As Article 90 of the Salesian Congregation's Constitutions states, these were days dedicated to special listening to God's Word, discernment of His will and purification of the heart. "These moments of grace give our spirit a deep unity in the Lord Jesus and keep alive the expectation of his coming," commented one of the participants. As part of the Spiritual Exercises, Salesians prayed the Rosary in the Salesian cemetery and remembered their deceased confreres.
