Salesian life experience is accompanied by the teaching of the Constitutions, Salesian spirituality, and the practice and history of the Congregation. In this way, formation ensures that "every Salesian" is called to identify with Christ as Don Bosco did. This was one of the highlights of the reflection. On the second day, Fr. Franciclei Borges, BMA Provincial Economer, guided the trainees in the administration of the Provincial Directorate, taking care of the reporting and good financial practices. At the end of the meeting Fr. Daniel Cunha shared the theme, "Forming ourselves by touching the wounds of humanity," a very inspiring theme, which was explored in-depth on the text of Diego Atalino de Melo, which deals with pastoral commitment, difficulties, and challenges of religious life today.
