Port-au-Prince, Haiti - January 2022 - Yesterday, Sunday 30 January, Msgr. Louis Kébreau, Salesian Archbishop Emeritus of Cap-Haitien, presided over the inauguration ceremony of Fr Morachel Bonhomme as the new Superior of the Salesian Vice Province of Haiti (HAI). Fr Jean-Paul Mésidor, former Superior of HAI, thanked the Rector Major and his Council for their closeness to Haiti during his six-year term, and at the same time wished Fr Bonhomme the courage to continue the Salesian mission in Haiti despite the unstable situation in the country.
