São Vicente, Capo Verde - November 2021 - Alessandro Nelson Fortes Rocha Bettencourt Silva, 8th-grade student of the Salesian School of Arts and Crafts of São Vicente, won the national comics competition organized by the National Directorate for Education of the Ministry of the Education of Cape Verde on the theme "Zero Malaria - Coping with Malaria."
