Uruguay - June 2021 - On 18 and 19 June the Salesian trainees of the Southern Provincial Conference met on the Zoom platform to share experiences and discuss the themes of accompaniment and discernment. The eleven first- and second-year students, from Argentina, Chile, Paraguay and Uruguay, began their meeting with a moment of prayer and then shared their personal experiences in this very particular situation marked by the pandemic in the context of the experience of initial Salesian formation. The following day the directors of the communities who welcome the Salesians in this stage of formation joined the meeting and, divided into groups, the themes of accompaniment and discernment were addressed. The meeting was organized by the Regional Formation Delegates.
