Ho Chi Minh, Vietnam - May 2021 - The inauguration ceremony of the new Provincial of the Salesian Province of Vietnam (VIE), Fr Barnabas Le An Phong, took place on 25 May. Present at the ceremony were Fr Joseph Quang, former VIE Provincial, the members of the former Provincial Council and the current one, as well as various Salesians. During the ceremony, a video message from the Rector Major, Fr Ángel Fernández Artime, was shown, in which he invited Fr Le An Phong to accompany the VIE Province with all his potential and his zeal for the next six years, and he thanked Fr Quang and his Council for their ministry over the past six years.
