The activities over the three days will always start at 13:30 Italian (UTC + 2) and will include a first half hour of "welcome" and informal dialogue to recreate, even at a distance, the traditional atmosphere of unity and family.
Friday and Sunday will feature a more formative, reflective and informative character. Saturday will instead focus on group work, with groups already formed.
In detail, on Friday, after the recitation of the Novena to Mary Help of Christians and an introductory speech by Fr Ángel Fernández Artime, at 2.30 pm Fr Gustavo Cavagnari, professor of Pastoral Theology at the Salesian Pontifical University (UPS) will take the floor to speak on the theme: “I make all things new”.
In Saturday's group work, the common thread of the discussion will be the guiding question: What are the most significant or meaningful novelties or news of the Kingdom emerging in our Group at this time?" After the due time of debate and analysis, a work of synthesis will be carried out, and the day shall end with the recitation of the Novena to Mary Help of Christians.
On Sunday 23, ample time will be given to internal communication within the group regarding issues of common interest, including: the presentation of the last group welcomed in the SF, the "Medianeiras de Paz"; a look at holiness in the SF; the next Days of Spirituality of the SF; the joint website; the 150th anniversary of the Daughters of Mary Help of Christians and the Past Pupils of Don Bosco.
The concluding remarks of the Rector Major and the prayer on the last day of the Novena to Mary Help of Christians will mark the end of the meeting of the World Council of the SF.
