Seoul, South Korea - March 2021 - The members of the Association of Salesian Cooperators (ASC) of the South Korean Province (KOR) are very active in the field of environmental protection, with various actions developed in the context of the “Laudato Si' Campaign”. In addition to deepening their knowledge of Pope Francis' Encyclical Laudato Si' through a mobile messaging app created by Sr. Gertrude SungMin Kim, FMA, the Salesian Cooperators organized an environmental team within the ASC Provincial Council called: “Korea ASC Eco Team". This team, made up of 5 members, including two Provincial Delegates for Salesian Cooperators (SDB and FMA) and 3 Provincial Councilors, assists the activities of the "Laudato Si'" campaign, making them more effective, and elaborates and plans ideas. To further strengthen their awareness campaign, the Salesian Cooperators of South Korea decided to dedicate a space on the home page of their site for the collection of materials and information and the sharing of their experiences.
