Caracas, Venezuela - January 31, 2021 - The Don Bosco Temple in Altamira, Caracas, celebrated the feast day of Don Bosco with three solemn Masses presided over by Fr Rafael Montenegro, Provincial of the Salesian Province of Venezuela (VEN), Msgr. Tulio Ramírez Padilla, Bishop of Guarenas, and Cardinal Balthazar Porras, Apostolic Administrator of Caracas.
