Cebu, Philippines - October 2020 - On 24 October, in the Archdiocesan Shrine of "Our Lady of Lourdes", Msgr. Midyphil Billones, Auxiliary Bishop of Cebu, presided over the presbyteral ordination of Salesian Erwin Joey E. Cabilan in the presence of Fr Godofredo Atienza, Superior of the Southern Philippines Province (FIS).
