Ecuador – Fr Juan Cárdenas Tapia, SDB, is the new Rector of Salesian Polytechnic University

Quito, Ecuador - August 2020 - The Superior Council of the Salesian Polytechnic University, chaired by Fr Francisco Sánchez, Provincial of the Salesians in Ecuador and Chancellor of UPS in Quito, has appointed prof. Fr Juan Alcides Cárdenas Tapia as Rector for the period 2020-2025, this during the online session held yesterday, 12 August 2020, in which all the members of the Superior Council and Fr Marcelo Farfán, General Coordinator of the (IUS) Salesian Institutions of Higher Education, took part.
