Vatican City, Vatican - March 2020 - On March 18, Pope Francis appointed Cardinal Daniel Fernando Sturla Berhouet, SDB, Archbishop of Montevideo, Uruguay, as a member of the Commission of Cardinals of the Administration of the Patrimony of the Apostolic See (APSA).
