In propagating the Catholic Church’s teachings and in spreading the Word of God in this Era of the New Evangelization, it is “Word & Life Publication”’s commitment to be proactively present annually in Manila International Cook Fair that continuous to draw a big crowd from all walks of life, rain or shine.
Even if the weather during these days in Metro Manila were not good due to the super typhoon that hit the northern part of the country particularly last September 14 and 15, this annual book fair still enjoyed a big following.
Word & Life Publications’ Booth #210 was so blessed this year as it welcomed so many visitors who patronized the variety of items that the “Word & Life” Team prepared for them. Heads from both private and government schools, Librarians, Superiors and members from different male and female Religious Congregations, Parish priests, seminarians, students of Theology, Catechists coming from various dioceses, parents together with their children, groups of young people, and individuals were very happy spending time at the “Word & Life” Booth 210.
Some of them even won prizes in the raffle organized by the happy people of Word & Life; and in the contest “Are you smarter than a Catholic Gradeschooler?”.
“Word & Life Publications” has been serving the Catholic Church particularly but not exclusively in the field of Catechesis, for almost three decades, under the leadership of Fr. Salvatore Putzu, SDB.
