Why are we searching for happiness again and again, but do not make good decisions to find it?

At a time when the world is going through a deep crisis and many people are disillusioned, “Wise and Strong” offers soul-nourishing insights on how to live our life conscientiously and joyfully. Setting aside the myth that wisdom is the privilege of a few individuals, the book illustrates in simple steps that it is for everyone who desires and chooses God above all else, and reaches out to fellow humans in compassion. Each reflection in this beautifully written text reaches deep into our lives because the struggles and dilemmas of modern life — from handling of anger, envy, inferiority complex, addictions, relationship breakdowns and social media to building up a world of peace and justice — are sympathetically portrayed and examined in the light of the Gospel of Jesus to infuse fresh energies of resilience and hope.
