Port-au-Prince, Haiti - August 2016 - The Episcopal ordination of Bishop Sylvain Ducange, took place on 27 August. He was appointed by Pope Francis as Auxiliary Bishop of the Archdiocese of Port-au-Prince and assigned to the titular see of Nine. The celebration was presided over by Bishop Louis Kébreau, SDB, in the presence of numerous religious and civil authorities including the President of Haiti.
