Chennai, India - September 2022 - The Rector Major, Fr Ángel Fernández Artime, visited the India-Chennai Province of "St. Thomas the Apostle" for the third time. The Rector Major arrived in India last September 2 and the following day participated in the official celebrations for the centenary of the FMA presence in the country, celebrating the solemn Mass of thanksgiving at the "Auxilium College" in Katpadi. Among other commitments, Fr Ángel Fernández Artime met with the Salesian Family of the Vellore region at the "Don Bosco Katpadi" on Sunday, September 4. At the end of the visit, which ends today, Sept. 5, the Rector Major leaves for Goa to preach the Spiritual Exercises to the members of the Provincial Councils of the South Asia Region.
